Diana Beidler Simonton, CMT, is a skilled, experienced massage therapist with twenty three  years in full time private practice.

Diana’s longtime interest in health and well being, and her study of the many innovative ways humans have developed to cultivate and improve their health through the ages led her to her career in the massage therapy profession.

Garden Sage for a steam inhalation for combating a cold; gets right to the sinuses and lungs! Cover with water, bring just to a boil with lid, take off heat, keep lid on, let sit 10 minutes, then remove lid put face over pot, towel over entire head to block steam, and inhale, being careful not to burn yourself. Salvia officinalis is an expectorant, diaphoretic, soothes the throat, and stimulates immunity.
